My love for cooking began about five years ago, but my passion for fueling the body started long before that. As a former collegiate athlete, I was always mindful of what I ate—but I grew tired of bland meals, strict diets, and constant macro counting.
I wanted something sustainable.
That search led me into the kitchen, where I discovered the power of whole, high-quality ingredients. By focusing on grass-fed meats, organic foods, and seed-oil-free cooking, I found a way to nourish my body without sacrificing flavor or freedom. I felt better, stronger, and more energized—without restriction.
Today, as a private chef, I create meals that are both deeply nourishing and genuinely enjoyable. My goal is simple: to help you eat well in a way that feels effortless, satisfying, and sustainable.
